More Decisions

well again i am posting the same shot in colour and b&w…. well its actually just the rock that is the difference between the two! This shot worked real well for me… initially due to the noise i disregarded it but after having seen some ripper shots with noise and blur and all the rest i thought this one would suite. For the first time in a long time i think i prefer the colour version! πŸ™‚

  1. Go for the colour Peter Eastway version here, looking very nice! The black and white can work as well although I feel it needs more light on the rock, pump up the orange in the black and white blend.

  2. Hi Dylayn,

I’d go for the colour version. I just love the red in Sugarloaf and I think it would be a shame not to highlight it.

Cheers Jamie! This night was perfect for night shots cause the full moon was directly behind me and was lighting everything up so well!

  10. I’d do colour as well, as for the noise; I don’t mind grainy film shots.. Actually i love them. Digital noise isn’t something i’ve seen printed really big yet, so I think it’s fine here on the web.
