Mosman Park Boat Shed B&W

I am loving B&W at the moment, and having PS again! So I decided to convert one of my shots of this boat shed. I knew the colour shot wasn’t quite right. I think now I can rest on this image.

Happy Shooting!

  1. Hi Dylan
Love this B+W shot. Composition is quite nice and the tones are very pleasant. Are you able to post a quick shot of the original??
I’m interested in seeing the improvement you’ve got from it.

  4. Cheers Luke,
I am really happy with this one! I have been converting quite a lot of images to b&w since I have been taking a lot of portraits over here. I’m getting some results that I am pretty happy with.

  5. Thanks for that Dylan.
I find it interesting seeing what can be achieved using these effects.
I think the result here is as good as you could have hoped, it’s come up very nice. I’ve not had half the success in converting mine!
    Great work

Very nice, mate. Black and white suits this scene really well. Love it.
